The service attendants handled my keys, and got in an out of my car with no masks or gloves. They walked around and talked in the waiting area with no masks and gloves. THESE ARE NOT THE SAFETY PROTOCOLS YOU PROMISED TO PROVIDE!!! The young lady who was the receptionist did have a mask, and was very courteous.
