I was told there would be an hour wait which I agreed to. However I found myself inquiring after almost 2 hours why my car had not been touched yet. Jessica did not give me an apology at all and I was just told that there was one car still ahead of mine. 3 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I was asked if I wanted to come back at a later date after all that time waiting. The proper customer service response would be: Can we give you a lift home and call you when it's ready & to apologize. I am so very disgusted and disappointed that I fear I will not be coming back to Sutton ever again for service or to buy a vehicle. Jaime was always great but needs to train Jessica with her customer service skills. I was going to have my door looked at because I've had nothing but problems with the inside panel since the inside drivers side handle was replaced & never installed properly. I just told them to forget the door and give me my oil change.

Disappointed that Ford has no parts for a recall yet, that’s unsettling. Also my shield was never put back-it’s still in my trunk, nor was it replaced-everything is still exposed underneath. I only get one day off during the week and finding the time AGAIN to have this put back (because I don’t want road debris screwing up my car-especially after having just paid so much to get it in top shape) really ****. Everything else is great, but one of my concerns that I thought was the easiest fix was not addressed, unless it was under (multi-point inspection which is marked completed but obviously not if that’s the case).
