We brought the truck in because when we had an oil change THERE they said something broke when they were changing the oil and there wasn’t a diesel tech to work on it. (This was especially frustrating because my husband had called ahead for an appointment because the truck was making noise at that time and they told us we could come anytime and no one told us they wouldn’t have a diesel tech on.) Then it was $75 to take everything apart and fix it today. I feel like if it was addressed at the time of oil change, it wouldn’t have been $75 but that wasn’t an option on your end. Also, I can’t believe running a code is $150. We were ONLY quoted the $150 for the inspection, not the additional $150 we ended up paying today. We didn’t know it was $150 to just run codes. And as far as the inspection, we didn’t get any sort of report about how the brakes are, anything else to keep an eye out for. Additionally, my husband was late for work this morning because it took so long to get checked in. Lastly, the amount of texts and emails I’ve been getting from Sutton since our oil change is just obnoxious. Thank you.

Probably not your fault but, it took a long time-from 8-11 for an oil change and transmission flush and an extra key. Next time, I’ll think about dropping it off. Note, I was the first person there and people that came after me, left way before me.

Eric is awesome and after being there four times , he is awesome to work with. Also on my last review he also was also , n I don’t believe he had anything to do with my service being put on hold while a new vehicle was put in in the middle of my service. Therefore I believe on future reviews you should separate service and the guy that’s taking care of the service such as a service manager because if there’s a negative review on Service and he’ doesn’t have a choice in the matter,I don’t think it should count against him as far as I’m concerned he is going above and beyond as far as the service manager
