Quick turnaround time

Melissa was awesome! I was able to drop my vehicle off early in the morning. I was worried about not having my vehicle for an extended amount of time. She assured me that she would contact me later in the afternoon with an update. She kept her word and stayed in contact with me throughout the day. A repair that I thought would take a few days for only took a few hours. She even had it washed for me. My family and I have been loyal customers at Sutton Ford well over 25 years. Its the only dealership I will do business with. I have always received nothing less than great customer service from the salesmen to the service team. Thank you, stay safe! E. McGee

I was initially called around 1:39pm to be told that my car was ready for pick up. I was informed that when I return to go to the cashier. I went directly there paid for my services which I noticed were cheaper than expected. Upon exiting to my car and reading my receipt, I noticed that the service was incomplete. I then returned to Jessica, who confirmed my findings. Then told me that the services were not completed because of swollen lug nuts and that she was leaving that decision up to me. if I wanted that issue addressed. So I agreed, at that point to have the services completed. I sat for about an additional hour In the waiting area. Here’s the problem. There was no call in to reach out to me to confirm if I wanted the lug nuts changed. These lug nuts prohibited a tire rotation and also my engine filter was dirty. That was also replaced. All of these things could have generated a phone call to me to confirm/address the cars needs. This did not happen. I was simply told that my car was ready for pickup and upon return please go directly to the cashier. Somewhere the customer service is lacking. The car should have never been pulled from the bay and given the approval of completion, when the services requested were not completed. What type of facility are you running here? This does not happen at Fox Ford in Chicago nor Ron Tirapelli Ford in Shorewood. Thank you for sub-par customer service!
