You couldn't make a fob that would lock and unlock my doors/hatch. I paid $200 for a key that only starts my car and manually locks and unlocks my driver door. I have a 2008 Ford Escape. I would assume FORD could duplicate a fob for their own vehicle. I should have only had to pay for a duplicate key... around $80...which is how much my sister paid for her key (no fob). I'm very disappointed. If you can't program a fob for my car, then who can??

I was told it would be an hour wait until service. I informed her that I had a front light out and she told me they would catch it with the inspection. It was missed and I was at the QUICK LANE for over 4hours which made me late for work. Most importantly I have trust issues due to the box being checked that the lights were operational and clear they were not.
What else doesn't get checked but we are told does??
