Jillian is always great at implementing solutions. Was going to go somewhere else for my oil change because of the 3 hour wait and she did my paperwork and said I could run my errands while I wait and she would call when I was close in line. It worked out perfectly and I was able to come back before she called and my only off day was still productive.

Bryan was very accommodating and courteous. The service was quick, efficient and extremely satisfactory. I was very pleased with his assistance.
However, I was disappointed in noticing that some other employees were not wearing any type of face covering during my drop-off and pick-up periods. As a 75-year-old, with underlying health conditions of diabetes and high blood pressure — all of which makes me more susceptible to COVID-19 — I felt somewhat threatened to be in their presence. That was especially true of the staff in the cashier’s office; even though the person I dealt with was behind a glass partition, there was an opening through which sir-borne participles could have been transmitted and the office door was completely open with both of the employees therein mask-less. Had I known that was going to be the case, I probably would have chosen to go elsewhere for my auto service.
