I brought my car there for an electrical problem that doesn’t happen all the time. My horn that didn’t work for weeks suddenly worked, the loose wire they had no idea where it went, they found no issues. After asking for the manager they call back to say the horn didn’t work so now I qualified for a rental, Last update was that I was missing a horn , wire was tucked under the carpet and no electrical issues were found, they are charging me 170.00 for broken luggage racks. When I returned the rental the young lady was very unprofessional she mumbled her words and handed me some papers after standing I asked her if I was done she simply said yes not asking about the rental or telling me where my car was, she said I didn’t know you had a rental and your car is outside that door. Me and my 3 kids went in the lot searching fir the car while my son almost got hit, I came back very frustrated telling her what happened and she never said a word just made a call for someone to get the car. Enterprise has called me twice because you guys told them I didn’t return the car, VERY RUDE mOst of all UNPROFESSIONAL.
