The customer service at this location is unmatched! I can’t speak highly enough about the service and support you offer. I always have an outstanding experience with each visit, and Jessica was no exception. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and I appreciate all her assistance.

Well, I had an appointment to get the auto butler or auto guard done on my car. They told me it’s going to take 4 to 5 hours to complete, because they have to condition the leather seats, etc then do the exterior, buff and wax so it could be looking like it showroom new. I said ok, I got there early like they asked and sat down. They pulled my car around at 8am and a guy came out and said your car is ready. It was only 9:05am. I went and looked at my car and it was only washed and that was it. The inside was not touched only vacuum . That’s not fair, that’s not what I signed up for when I purchased my car. If I was only going to get a basic car wash, I could’ve taken to some place in Indiana. And I paid $1395.00 for a basic car wash. Very disappointed, they took it back and went and worked on it again. Then when I talked to someone in management they said they only supposed to do the outside of my car. That’s full of crap, because that wasn’t what said when I purchased the car. In that case I would have never gotten a light interior seats. Plus, why would the appointment lady tell me the same thing that it will take 5 hours as well. Now, that’ I’m upset, they tell me it’s only the exterior supposedly gets done. Not far, I paid too much money for my car, to be lied to. And treated any kind of way. This happens every time I bring it in for that service. And if they are not going to honor what was promised when I purchased my car, can I please have a refund for the other 6 unused auto butler. Oh I almost forgot to mentioned that the manager said my car is well kept and not really dirty like most cars that come in, so that’s why they only vacuum it out and do the exterior only. I was like wow.???? so I should dog my car out and trash it, so I can reap the benefits that I was promised. That’s not right. And to think I was thinking about buying another car there in the spring time. I think I will spend my money elsewhere. If I have to continue to go through this every 6 months. I should be completely satisfied when I bring my car in for service, but I’m not ????

I can't believe that there are still companies out there that provide this kind of quality service. Jillian treated me as if i was her only customer. From the first phone call (i believe jessica?) to the actual bill, everything was better than even promised. You have a customer for life. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Sutton Ford for a while now. Jillian has always been excellent with her customer support. She’s willing to go above and beyond for the customer in any circumstance. She’s very professional and courteous to me anytime I have an encounter with her.
