Auto Butler was very unprofessional. If they weren’t going to provide the service they should’ve called and canceled, not just change the oil and move it outside. They should be reprimanded for this.

I spent 400 hundred dollars one week ago and had to bring the car back same noise even louder now I find out it will cost me over 700 hundred more for something else ! Hard to swallow they were able to find the trouble but more money just surprised ! When I come back I guess I have to take it back in once again dealing with Melissa was awesome not her fault I trust her allot!!

The car smelles like coconut, I get migraines and smells trigger them. I have used auto butler for a long time and have not had this problem problem in the past. The windshield was sprayed something and not wiped off. Other than above I was satisfied
