Jessica was outstanding.She was knowledgeable of the product/Service that I was looking for and gave me options.There was a longer wait ,she offered to call me when it was my turn so I was able to go to my vehicle so I would not have to be by people (due to Covid) as well I was able to use my computer to catch up on some work I needed to do.Overall my experience was one of the best I have had with getting a service done and unfortunately this is not the norm I’m most service centers I have used in the past.Sutton Ford has a winner on there team. Thank you Jessica and Sutton Ford ,I will definitely be coming back .

I was not very happy that I had to wait a month and a half for a recall part that was sitting in the parts department most of the time I was waiting. No one bothered to call me. I was very happy the way I was treated when I did service with The Quick Lane woman. She was very helpful and kind.

Employee Erik had a BAD crappy care-less ATTITUDE like he could CARELESS about the customers truck issues. I dealt w/him several months back when I had my prior F150Lariat truck towed to Sutton. I specifically asked HIM SHOULD I check in 1st or should I have tow truck driver drop my truck 1st. He told me drop truck then check in. After I dropped truck off tow truck & attempted to check in he then told me we cant even look at your truck for a week & a half. Common sense & good customer service would have told me that upfront. i had to call another tow truck to have it towed to another Ford dealer who fixed it the same day. Tuesday his ATTITUDE was just as BAD. I asked him to show me how to dim my dashboard lights to OFF a SIMPLE 2 minute task while he was checking me in, he told me 2 times w/an ATTITUDE another dealer was paid to show me that & he never bothered to show me how to resolve the issue. I replied well this is a Ford dealer as well. He also told me if I was coming there for service I shoulda bought the truck from SUTTON,WOW!!! NOT KNOWING HE & HIS BAD ATTITUDE WAS THE MAIN REASON I DIDNT BUY MY NEW TRUCK FROM SUTTON FORD 1 mile away from my home. While checking me in he tried to give his own DIAGNOSIS of why my truck was leaking telling me I hadnt driven it enough (1500 MILES) instead of letting the technicians look into & fix the issue. When my truck was ready he told me cashier would have my paperwork but he never gave it to them & they couldnt find it. so I had to make yet another trip back to the Ford dealer to get my diagnosis & repair paperwork. BRAND NEW TOP OF THE LINE F150 LARIAT IS STILL BLOWING COLD AIR ON MY LEFT FOOT INSTEAD OF HEAT. PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED. I HOPE ERIK DOESNT TREAT MOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME BECAUSE HE & HIS BAD CARELESS ATITUDE IS RUINING YOUR BUSINESS. I'D RATHER GO TO ANOTHER DEALER THAN DEAL W/HIS BAD ATTITUDE AT CHECKIN. BTW JILLIAN IN QUICK LANE IS A COMPLIMENT TO YOUR BUSINESS a few weeks ago SHE TOOK A FEW MINUTES OUT OF HER DAY TO SHOW ME HOW TO WORK & RESOLVE A FEW ISSUES W/MY NEW TRUCK, & SHE DID IT W/A POSITIVE PROFESSIONAL ATITUDE. TUESDAY SHE EVEN ORDERED ME A LYFT DRIVER to get home while erik did nothing after I told him I needed a shuttle. 1 hour later I was still sitting in lobby waiting on the calshuttle. ASK YOURSELF AS A DEALER WHY WOULD A LONG TIME F150 OWNER/CUSTOMER WHO LIVES RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM SUTTON FORD BE DRIVING ALL THE WAY TO MIDLOTHIAN FOR SERVICE OR A NEW F150 TRUCK?? THE ANSWER IS EASY, BAD ATTITUDE ERIK!!!
