Jillian is always wonderful to deal with! She is very knowledgeable and professional but manages to show concern for customers. I have very severe asthma and was extremely short of breath. There was a lot of confusion about my visit. I thought I was getting my car repaired but was given a report to evaluate the car that cost 165.00. I felt very upset. I got there at 10:15 an didn’t leave until we’ll about 1:00 pm. I asked where my car was parked and was told it was parked the quick lane lot. After walking aimlessly through the lot, I went back in and the young lady in Quick lane went out and found my car which was in an entirely different parking area . needless to say tHis wasn't a good ecperience. I wasn't given a courtesy wash either. When I got in tve car the yoyng lady wrote a note apologizing for the service.
