I came in for service on my 2014 Taurus.. After they finished my car I got home and I Raise the hood the battery Guard was left off ..my fluids were not Topped off and the sticker was not put in the window to let me know when I should come back for Service. I also notice that the car had not been Vacuum out.. But I was charged for full service on my car..

I spoke to Melissa. When she called to say that my vehicle was almost ready she said I had after market parts that needed to be replaced. I advised her that I have only ever had my car serviced at Sutton so if there are after market parts I got them there. She said it was the air filter and that I also need some kind of flush that was due at 30000 miles that I didn’t have. I told her the air filter was fine but not the flush because I couldn’t trust what she was saying. She then blamed the repairman stating that he was new. He didn’t know the parts. My car was not washed or vacuumed inside. She said you owe me a cleaning. This was totally unprofessional and I’m disappointed. I know it’s there job to upsell and make recommendations but this was a pathetic and insulting attempt.

I had my suv towed there last Saturday and they didn’t even get to it .I brought my suv last July with a year warranty and they still told me that I didn’t have one and I towed my truck to another place a they fixed it that day. ..I wouldn’t never take my suv to Sutton ever again,not even for a oli change
