Jessica was great but service ALWAYS takes longer than the quoted time. This time was 30 minutes longer. This has nothing to do with effectiveness but it has to do with expectations. I dread coming for service here unless I can afford the time to leave my car. Also the last time my car was there, it was there for an extended period of time in my car was returned with the service engine light on which is still on. The express lane cannot handle that which means I need to make another appointment to get this service light fixed which is completely inconvenient
