I had another recall no problem my car is a 2008 however I was at work where courtesy car dropped me off. Great until I called explaining I get off at 2pm can I get a ride then? I was sent to seven different people who kept hanging up on me. Then when I got through I was told to wait until I get off however I realize your not a personal taxi cab and it’s free but I’m a home health nurse and time is not on my side but the people I take care of are. I ended up calling a friend to pick me up and go get my car to see next patient. The man who answered was rude god forbid he ever is in a position to need help
