I brought my car to you guyz to get a problem fixed and not only did you guyz charge me to fix the problem but you guyz charged me twice as much to fix problems that might occur and if I didn't pay for incidentals you refused to fix the problem I brought it in for all the incidentals you guyz were charging me for was all working perfectly fine. I specifically requested the back seat of my navigator be lowered and vacuumed and seats raised and cleaned.
Nothing was done to clean the third row.
Jessica was kind and took my request. She said she would let them know that this had been a previous problem. Jessica did her job well, it’s even in writing on the receipt. The person doing the physical work is at fault for not following instructions. Again this has happened before and I have complained before. Unfortunately to no avail, NO improvement.
We will be taking our business to another dealership that can appreciate quality service.
