Actually the answer to the question was yes and no. No because when I first called for an appointment I was told by 2 different employees I could not get an oil change and tire rotation done with my auto butler. Since I got the auto butler when I bought my car I made the appointment for the auto butler. They told me I would have to come back for the oil change. I told them I would NOT be coming back for that. I live in Elwood which is approximately 25 miles away. I can get my oil changed anywhere. Yes is because when I arrived the service department told me I could get my oil changed and tire rotated. The service department were friendly and accommodating.
