The prices I was quoted were higher than I paid. I had some hail damage...some flea bites of paint on my hood but when my van was returned to me washed, an area 2" × 1" on the passenger side of the hood, the paint was flaked off. I am not happy with Freedom Honda. After 5 years of getting my van serviced there I won't be back.

I am not and have not been happy with Honda’s service. My vehicle is 2 years old, and it’s hard to believe it would already have a bad battery. Every time I turn around, something new is wrong with my 2018 Honda CRV. I have never purchased a new vehicle before, and I expected to avoid serious issues as a result of buying a brand new car, but I have had the opposite experience with Honda. I am still having issues with my Bluetooth calling that Honda is refusing to fix. One of my dad’s friends was seriously looking into purchasing a Honda, but my dad told him all the hoops Honda has put us through and all the troubles we have had with a brand new vehicle, and his friend is no longer considering purchasing a Honda as a result. I wish I wouldn’t have purchased a Honda.

I always like going to freedom Honda for my service checks because everyone is so respectful there. When I drive-in the people guide me and tell me what to do and know what they’re doing as well. Stephanie the service advisor that helped me was extremely helpful and very nice. Please let them know that I have gone there for years and have always enjoyed good service.
