You guys usually throw in a free car wash, but today didn’t….but that’s not what takes the cake for the unhappy service. I was not told that my car has problems. My receipt says that I have $500 worth of problems to fix?? Since when? Spark plug adjust for when I hit 105k? Didn’t I do that? And if not, I know I have been in since then, why wasn’t I told this??

I explained my car was shutting off when I was driving it and when they sent me my estimate on what was wrong with my car it just had brakes need to be replaced fluid and other stuff that had nothing to do with my original issue and when I asked Stephanie what about the issue with my car shutting off she said let me put you on hold and i will check with repair guy then came back and said it so strange when he checked alternator it was fine and when he just checked it now it's coming up bad. Very disappointed with the service I received.

Your representatives are fantastic, I really appreciate their customer care and honest appraisal of my service needs. However, I’m not impressed with my 2014 Honda Odyssey’s transmission, which apparently needs to be replaced after only 8 years. Your people are great, your product is lacking.
