As usual, your service was outstanding. During my standard service visit, it was determined that my breaks needed to be replaced. Wolf scheduled that break service immediately, knowing that I needed my vehicle for an out of town trip the following day. Wolf checked up on me and made sure I had everything I needed. I had three new tires installed today and one that was installed in January. The new tires were installed satisfactorily, but the old one was not rotated and left on the front of the vehicle.

I am so embarrassed for how my adult daughter was treated when she brought in my Honda as a favor for me. Initially left to wait for 30 minutes and then After her appointment time, and then told the car wouldn’t be looked out for two hours when all it needed was to have a clip replaced on the driver side mirror. Manager told her “ he would decide “ whether or not it would be covered by the three-year warranty, rather than assuring her that as long as it was within the warranty. Of course it would be covered! She asked me when she returned home if this is the way Freedom Honda always treats people. I had to admit that it is, based on my experience trying to purchase my car. She’s a Subaru person and this certainly did nothing to convince her to buy Honda ‘s. I am actually considering contacting corporate.

We had a GREAT experience! Every employee we encountered was very nice and friendly. Wolf handled the paper work for the maintenance services on the Jeep. Wolf explained the length of time, how we would receive a text, and other information making us feel important. Thank you for your WONDERFUL Customer Service!

Great service. I was a walk-in and Wolf took care of me. My battery wouldn’t charge, he said it was still in warranty and gave me the express service. They tested the battery, verified it wouldn’t charge, replaced it at no charge and I was on my way. The express service was awesome, the service advisor (Wolf Knickerbocker) was great and express service was excellent. This is why I bought my last 6 Honda’s from Freedom Honda and why they do all the maintenance on my Honda’s. Definitely a 5 out of 5 rating.
