Your service people need to be available when asked repeatedly for status; you need to not hang up on customers who call because their texts aren't being answered; and you need to have a manager available to help in such bad service situations.

I was told that an after market intake was causing my car to show codes and told I needed to bring my original intake to run proper diagnostics. The code we were given did reflect anything with an intake issue. Then I was charged to put my old intake back on but wasn't told about it till after my car was done. Something I could have done at home. I will not return to freedom honda for service

Not really sure why my car was not washed. Went in for an oil change but addresses other issues. Spent 3 hours waiting at facility. That was okay. But just surprised my car was not washed. Spent over $600 on maintenance.
