I bought a service warranty under the false impression that everything was covered and now I need a sensor and it’s gonna cost me $100 for the deductible which I find out that’s the deductible. Sounds like the extended coverage is basically fraud since you pay for the coverage and then a deductible! Now the cup holder broke again, and they’re not replacing it for free so it sounds like There’s a bad cup holder product there. Honda is becoming a poor company I need the public to know about these practices so they can make a sound decision the next time they purchase a vehicle! Honda is now losing a customer over $100! Honda’s quality is going down the tubes. Thank you very much have a great day!

I do not use a key fob to unlock my 2005 Accord. I use the grey valet key that came with the car. My ignition assembly was replaced a few years ago, and I use a black key that looks similar to the grey valet key to start the engine. I have never had an issue unlocking my car with the grey key. After picking my car up from the service department today, I stopped at the store for essentials. At this time I locked my car as usual. When I finished in the store and tried to unlock my car, I was stuck trying to gently wiggle the key into the lock for about 5 minutes until I was able to gain access. I know things do break on cars with over 340,000 miles on them, but this seems like more than a coincidence. On top of that, I was charged for diagnostics to determine where I was losing coolant, but the paperwork says that they were unable to perform pressure testing because of a warped part of my radiator. I understand how that could be an issue, but I am less than satisfied that I was not notified that a full diagnosis could not be performed and still charged the full amount. I’m new to Colorado, so I will consider this a learning experience for my future car needs.

Post maintenance, excessive Road noise and vehicle vibration. Cell phone shakes lose from vent. Second maintenance stated noise due to “aggressive sport tires”. Don’t understand why we never had this issue until we had maintenance done? We’ve had the same tires for 9 months.
