When I called to make the appt. it was for routine but also to have someone look at the infotainment system. It was not brought up or looked at during the appt. or if it was it was not mentioned or noted and is still having issues. (Loud popping, crackling, call dropping, etc.) The other items were done just fine and as expected.

The only concern I have is not associated with my last visit on 9-22-2020. I do not appreciate "upselling" repairs that I may not need. I was "alerted" to an issue with leaking power steering fluid and a recommended $1500.00 rack and pinion replacement. I have no fluid spots on my garage floor and the power steering fluid reservoir has not changed levels. I want to continue using your service shop, but I will reconsider if I loose trust in the staff suggesting service that is not needed. A family member, living in Minnesota, just retired after 35 years as an auto mechanic. He stated that auto service centers "love" rack and pinion replacements since the work is "heavy on labor revenue". If the service manager would like to discuss this with me, I would be very happy to coordinate a call. Thank you, Scott P

My service advisor listened to me, was respectful and courteous. My time and circumstances were important her and my experience reflected that. My vehicle was well cared for and returned to me in superb condition. It’s rare today in our “service economy” to receive such a high level of service that I honestly felt important to those whose represented your establishment. I look forward to my next automotive service need, how odd that is to say.

When we arrived at the location we were greeted by a service advisor and helped. When we were telling Kevin what the problem was he proceeded to ask us if we filled up the air in the tire so that the sensor would go off . We were told that the sensor would go off on its own after having our tire repaired. He just made me feel very dumb instead of being helpful. Then I wasn’t aware that my maintenance plan had expired the last time I went in for a oil change when Kevin was the service advisor that helped us previously. Also when I had made the appointment originally I had told them that I had something wrong with my sensors going off when I hit a bump. Well when we arrived Kevin notified me that it would take 3-5 hrs to have my problem looked at so I left without it even being looked at because I wasn’t notified that it would be that long and didn’t have a ride set up. Next time customers should be made aware when their maintenance plans are used up and how long certain services take.

I was told I had to wait for my service advisor at drop off, even though 3 others could have helped me. Then at pick up he wasn't even there! Why did I have to wait for him to not follow up when I picked up? I paid over $700 for an accessory that no one showed me how to use. Your customer service is poor. That's not including the ordeal to just get a quote on the remote start, or being told I could use a shuttle to get there and be told there is no shuttle. Or your parts department didn't order all the needed parts and I had to comeback again.
