The service manager Kevin was most helpful and very understanding about the repairs needed on our Accord. He was very helpful in giving me direction in what I could and should do. We love Freedom Honda we don’t go any where else as we have two Honda’s

Was quite pleased with my interactions with everyone yesterday. From the porter to the service desk associates to the greeter who opened the door for me when I came to pick up my car. I just came in to race the recalled airbag fixed and a 5 point inspection was done as well. I got some info on things that needed to be fixed and to my amazement there was no unneccassary pressure put on me. Wow - how rare is that?! I was just graciously informed and went on my merry way to make my own decisions on my time & dollar. Thank you!!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and the oil percentage screen wasn’t reset to show 100%. This seems to be a habit of the technician to not rest it. I had to YouTube how to rest it myself.

Sold service guy what needed to be done and was called and told it was done and when we got there they only did the belt and did not do the diff service or the oil change as well as check the brakes so we left it again and when we went back the second time they rotated the tires and charged for it when we didn’t ask for that service.

I made a reservation to have my side mirror replaced. Got there today and they had not even ordered the mirror. Left my car for the day only to have to go back and pick it to have to make another appointment after the part comes in. I am so irritated that I most likely will go somewhere else to have it fixed.
