Michael Chapman was very friendly and professional. He went out if his way to help with completing the service on my vehicle. Although it took all day for a diagnostic inspection. Michael made it as pleasant as could be expected. Truly an asset to Freedom Honda. Also, one of the service providers was very helpful, a young lady (didn't get her name,).

Very poor customer service!! We made an APPOINTMENT for a recall on an air bag. When we got there our service advisor, Michael Chapman, called to make sure the replacement was available. First of all, why wasn’t that part assigned to us when I made the appointment?!?! Anyway, Michael was told it was in and to leave the car. At some point, later that day, we got a phone call stating that ALL of the air bag parts were already sold/reserved to other customers!!! REALLY?!?!? WTF!! Then I continue to get texts from Michael stating they are still working on our vehicle. The last text states that the service was completed and our vehicle was ready. WHAT!???!? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON?? So now I have to AGAIN take time out of my day to get my vehicle serviced for something that should have already been done. Now it will be a guessing game (Is the part here?? Is it not here??) for me when I bring it BACK in this Friday. EXTREMELY POOR customer service!!
