My service advisor, Alexandria is awesome and does a great job keeping me informed and meeting my needs. I am frustrated with the ability of Honda to move and stock parts. I was supposed to have a spring installed and a tow hitch. Honda parts was unable to deliver on my needs despite having scheduled an appointment last week. Now I need to return on another day to have the work done.
