Alex went over and above today, there were at least 3 other advisorsworking, with a person at every desk and two deep in the lines to see advisors. Alex helped all but one of the customers who had been waiting in line... I’m sure the other advisors were doing something, but Alex focused on getting customers helped and taken care of in a way none of the others seemed to grasp. She’s a new favorite whom I’ll remember by name and ask for. Big win for Freedom to have her join your staff!

The technician advised the salesperson that the drain plug on my 2002 Honda Civic oil pan MIGHT be stripped, and implied that a full oil pan replacement could be likely ($800+ repair). After declining further work on my vehicle, I sought out a trustable second opinion on the matter and discovered that the drain plug on the oil pan is 100% not stripped. All I had asked for was an oil change on top of the airbag recall that was being performed.
I am thoroughly disappointed by this lack of sincerity and have lost trust in this establishment. I can assure you that I will never be purchasing a Honda from this dealership or trusting your staff to evaluate and/or maintain my vehicle.
