I had to wait 3 hours to get my oil changed when it should have taken an hour or less. I made an appointment at 4 and my car was done at 7. I was waiting and at 5:30 Jeremy came out and said Michael hadn't communicate with him and he just got the paperwork and couldn't find my car or key. I went out with him to the parking lot to find my car and then into the garage to find my key in the key box. It then took an hour and a half to get my oil change. I had plans last night to celebrate my birthday which was two days before the oil change. We were going to go out to eat at 6, but weren't able to go until 8. I was pretty tired after waiting so long. I feel this was unacceptable and there needed to be better communication. I am very disappointed for this situation.

My Daughter brought the car in for an oil change and it was determined it needed an alignment. She asked for a shuttle. I was told yesterday when I made the appointment she could have a shuttle. When she asked where to meet the shuttle the advisor directed her to an empty desk with a sign up sheet and was told to wait for the lady who worked at that desk to come back. After waiting for an hour and a half the lady returned and the shuttle driver came shortly after. At this point, there was only 10 minutes until the car was scheduled to be ready so my daughter waited. She was then told the car would be done in an additional 30 minutes. After waiting for an additional 45 minutes and asking the advisor when the car would be ready, the advisor responded by telling her to wait while she helped another client. Many customers had come and gone in the nearly 3 hours my daughter had been waiting. My daughter asked the advisor again when the car would be ready and stated that she had an appointment at 5 pm in Denver. The advisor responded by saying she had lost track of time and had not started the paperwork for the vehicle. The car was still on the rack and was finally taken down. I called and asked what was going on and was on hold approximately 8 min before I got to speak with Chris. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the service and have never experienced such poor customer service as today. Had I known it would be such an ordeal, I would have never scheduled for my daughter to take my car especially with a migraine and just getting back into town from college.
