I’m guessing Mike is new to the job. I was disappointed at how long it took to pay for the car. Then we were even more disappointed that after spending over $500 for parts and labor that our car was not washed. It seems the “service” has been deteriorating in the last two years.
I hope I will be able to control myself while attending your dinner on January 23.

Alexandria was great and very professional. The only problem is that the heater problem that I identified is not resolved even though I paid 160.00 dollars for a radiator flush. In addition while diving home last night I had an air pressure warning come up so my tires must be low. I would have thought this was checked since my tires were rotated.
