I know Penske does not get a sh.. but the manager of the store should call me directly ****-****-xxxx. The Toyota dealer has never and would never do this! Upon picking up my SL 500 that had been kept for 10 days for routine service and to address specific requests, I Was told my car was ready to pick up.
Upon arriving, the item that was the FIRST request on my list, after routine maintenance.........to install a missing grill at the front lower left signal light ..... was still missing. Neither Eliseo nor service personnel had noticed or addressed this issue.
Disappointing attention to customer requests after lengthy stay for service.
