I truly believe that this time around Mercedes Benz of Marin was trying to scam me. I usually work with Angelo and he is amazing to work with. He was out and I was assigned to Traci and unfortunately although she is very nice she totally tried to force a charge on me without letting me know how much the estimate was before. My car was held hostage for 3 days and I had to contact MB headquarters in order for the Director or Service to call me back after I had left 2 messages for him. Overall very dissatisfied. I wish I had a choice of going somewhere else. I had the same issue when I wanted initially lease my car from Marin MB.

Five days was too long to resolve a check engine light issue. I was told when I brought the car in on Friday that it wouldn’t even be looked at until the following Monday- outrageous! Why bring it in when it was just going to sit there all weekend. No updates on progress provided. I had to call twice before I got hold of Traci. Bottom line: couldn’t find anything wrong. Should have gotten car back same day - not five days later! I have been a Mercedes owner for 30 years and I have a great mechanic who provides far superior service than I am getting from you guys. Why would I ever want to come back?
