I was talked out of my reserved loaner vehicle to wait while they replaced the light.i was told it would be a quick fix.I waited an hour and half only to be told I need to bring my car back and that they needed to order the part. They should have told me this sooner. Also your firm repeatedly addresses my account under my husband's name. It is not his vehicle and he has nothing to do with it. I find it disrespectful to continually address him when it comes to my car.
