Traci was amazing. She is the best. The thing I wasn't pleased with was that the team refused to let me use a loaner while I waited for my window. I called when I was in crisis - driving in a glass filled car (broken window) through Oakland with small children. And was refused any help from Mercedes. That is not the customer service I expect. It took a week for me to get a manager to help me. I have been a devout Mercedes customer but that experience changed me. Really disappointing. May change my desire to get another lease with you. I have done 3 already and was a customer for life. Now not so sure.
