I was a little surprised when you didn’t use my warranty for my recent service. Then after the service was done you didn’t use the warranty for some of the covered work. Eventually Penske did honor the warranty and presumably did good work, but it took a week without the car, two notices from me and an extra half hour to get credit for the warranty. Not terrible but not great either.
