He was courteous and confident. The only small drawbacks were:
1. I had to pay (Uber) my way back to the dealer, which he apologized and I accepted;
2. Tire pressures were NOT checked, and corrected leaving 3 of them below optimum psi’s (32 front, and 35 rear, I think), which may not have been his responsibility, because it was supposed to be one of the unrequested routine checks the mechanic should have performed.
I am still giving the visit a high mark considering those little hiccups correctable in the future.

The level of service was unacceptable. Three visits were required to perform a simple service and a brake reline. One extra visit because parts weren’t available and another to correct work that was done incorrectly on the first attempt.

My car seat was pulled back obviously to accommodate the drivers and when they brought it out for me to drive home I could NOT get the seat to pull up to be right for my legs. I could not stay as I needed my car back but t now have to drive with a pillow to reach the wheels
