Mark did a nice job and I was satisfied with the information from the cashier.
I wish I could have picked it up when Mark was still at work to walk through the service that was done and what is next as I had some service concerns for come back work potentially.
If the car isn't ready until 5pm to pick up you don't get to talk with anyone that was involved with the process except the cashier?
Not really vey happy about that.
Also I was supposed to get tire and wheel quotes and wasn't given a call or pricing options?

This is my first experience taking my newly purchased Mercedes into a dealership and I really was hoping for more of an explanation after I realized that I've made a mistake in my additional warranty that I should have purchased. I was made to feel dumb that I didn't purchase it and it wasn't adamantly offered to me at the time purchase... conveniently it was still offered to me at the time of service which I didn't appreciate.

Talk to your sales manager, I’ve sent him a detailed email as well as complained to Mercedes
1) My experience with Mercedes was almost a bait and switch at purchase. I Was shown one car but leased another. The car I leased was a stripped model but was told it was just like the first model - except for a keyless entry.
2) I waited 20 min for an early morning scheduled drop off then received no apologies until I asked if the drop off time was correct.
3)I was told I needed to pay $999.00+ to have compass installed that I was told was standard on my car.
4) My car came back from scheduled appointment with scratches in the paint from dealership car wash.
I can’t tell you how unhappy I am with my decision to lease a car from you folks.
Do not have Noah contact me. Assign someone else.
