The service at Longo Lexus was perfect. Michael was well informed especially on the recall on my vehicle. I also took advantage of having TJ answer any questions concerning the vehicle. TJ was amazing. Mark also gave me information on wax products and his advice on what is the best. I’m very particular about my vehicle. I keep it washed every weekend. Service like this keeps me returning to Longo. I work closer to the one in Thousand Oaks but I think I will keep my business at Longo.

It was a great experience, they were fast an efficient, the place is not as fancy as Cerritos but I didn't care, Cerritos just gave me the run around when I questioned their labor prices, and they also wanted to charge me $200.00 over what I paid here. He explained me all the maintenance schedule works professionally as well as communicated well during the service progress and completion time thru text messages. Hopefully he will continue providing me with excellent service advice on my Rx350 in the future.
On another subject, my Rx 350 OEM tires, Brigdestone Dueller, that recommended to be replaced; I think Lexus need to consider providing more durable tires that will last longer than 29060 miles? The previous ES330 I had, equipped with Michellin that lasts more than 40000 miles; regardless of driving it mostly on the local street.
