I would like you to know that I continue coming to Longo because of Man Wong. He is such a wonderful representative and has such integrity when it comes to services. I used to have my car serviced at another dealer but switched to Longo because of Man Wong. I give him 10's across the board when it comes to overall customer service.

My experience with Mr. Reynoso was really bad, after I dropped off my vehicle I never heard from him to update me on my vehicle. I dropped off my car at 8:30am and was told by Mr. Reynoso he would call me by 10:30am and he never did. I ended up calling around 2pm and was not able to speak to him as he was not available. Later i get a call from a female letting me know me my car wouldn't be ready until next day, i had questions on why my vehicle wasn't ready and she didn't know much. I will request not to get Mr. Reynoso anymore, very bad! Never did I hear from him. At the end another service advisor helped me, i think his name is David, very knowledgeable.

When we took the car for maintenance, we did mention about the driver side window cracking sound, but the issue did get resolved at all, actually it’s even worse than before! Beside, we’ve arranged this maintenance appointment a week ago and was told the maintenance service would be done by 2 hours, end up it took more than three hours and we had to reschedule our following scheduled appointment due to this delay!!!
