I just wanted to send a note of gratitude for David Parada's assistance this evening. I recently had my car serviced for a new set of issues related to noise concerns, and David was again through in his communication, updating me daily via text and phone; readily making himself available when I had any follow-up concerns. To this date, I have not had a service advisor that has been so communicative as he has been, both in my 15+ years at Longo Toyota and 3 years now with Longo Lexus. It is safe to say that I have found my service advisor to be permanently with David with all my Lexus needs moving forward.
