I am beyond impressed with her and Longo handling of this issue. I had taken the car to another dealership and they essentially blew off my concerns about the rattling. Not only did you fix the rattle I heard but detected a different rattle and fixed that as well. I will be bringing my LC to Longo for all future service needs.

As usual he went out of his way to make sure that everything was properly completed and he provided me with excellent advice regarding some minor damage that recently was caused by my car hitting a temporary barrier along a street that was under construction that was in the middle of a narrow strip that was under construction in the evening. What impressed me was his honesty and his words came across as completely honest and he was so trustworthy. His words and approach to the key issues in this case were based on common sense and the facts. He knows what he is doing very well for Longo and your customers!
