I sincerely appreciate Edgar taking the the time to reply to a distressed email sent on a Sunday night. My car died and i emailed him to let him know that I would be towing my car on Monday. Edgar replied and informed me that a loaner had been set aside. He later followed up to ask on my ETA. The entire time from dropping off the car to when it was repaired he was in communication providing a brief status via text, email, and phone calls.
My past experience has been above positive and that is the reason I contact him first. Thank you!

The sales representative was very good. I appreciated his help. My bad experience came from the front desk when I came to pick up my car. I approached the front desk at about 6:45 pm. The person on duty was imapproate, impolite, and inpatient. He first wanted to wait aside until he finished his work at hand, which was understandable. However, his tone of voice was cold and no eye contact at all. When he handed me the paper I needed to sign, since to sign it on iPad was something new at your facility. I asked for help. He showed his impatience. Therefore, I purposefully asked him what I’m signing to see how he will response. His reaction was just like I expected. He didn’t raise his head at all. Facing down and told me to read if I wanted to. At that time, I had a phone call from hospital to report about a patient’s condition, I had to finish up ASAP in order to go to hospital. The experience was very negative toward your facility. Otherwise, my experience has always been excellent for more than 10 years.
