I am satisfied with John Chang service. He is very kind and delivered excellent services. What I am not satisfy is the Lexus car I am currently driving. Purchase this 2016 Lexus IS 200t in May 2017 to find out how unpleasant feeling it is to drive. I strongly believe there are some defective cause in this car. I am a good driver and drive this car everyday and I know exactly what I feel and hear from this car. This car constantly making unpleasant noise whenever I step on the brake while reversing, shakes really hard (3 times) and jerk (sudden hard pull) going approximately 5-10 mph. Lexus cars are known to be a smooth luxury car. Even a much older car doesn’t make this kind of unpleasant noise when braking. Thus, this car is only over 2 1/2 year old and I’ve driven it for a lilttle over a year. I still believe something is wrong with the car though all the test pass when testing the vehicle. I would like someone from the manufacture to contact me. If not I will write directly to the manufacture.
