Man Wong is an exceptional Service Advisor. No matter how busy he is, he takes the time to respond to my emails and when I come in for service he explains what was done to my vehicle and why it was done. I really appreciate him sending a flatbed truck to bring me a loaner car and to transport my vehicle to the dealer. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate his professionalism and the outstanding customer service that he provides.
