He made sure I am fully informed of the job completed and what happening behind the work area. He epitomizes true service manager. He takes command of his job. He was example if true manager. Great experienced and he made my long day bearable and it’s such a nice to closed my day.

The car was ready in the parking but no one informs me it is ready. I waited for over fifteen minute and has to talk to the reception who found out that the car is ready. So bad in communication and costs customer valuable time. Also. The car was not getting a wash, a simple complimental service that most car dealers will provide. Not to mention a luxury car dealership.
