I am very happy with the service at Longo and very happy with the personal attention that I received from Kelly. He was very interested in meeting my needs and listening to my concerns and my staying in my budget. Kelly stayed in contact with me during the whole process of fixing the issues my car had and I was very impressed with his attention to detail. The service area was very busy but yet I felt very taken care of and was impressed by the cleanliness and ample offerings of drinks and snacks in the waiting area. I could not be happier with Longo especially since I had not had good experience with Longo in the past. I was very impressed and have found a new home with Longo and I am thankful. I cannot wait to purchase my new Lexus from Longo in the near future.

I recommend longo Lexus to my friends that are planning to buy a car or suv. The only reason is how John Chang makes me feel important and always takes care of my vehicles needs. Knowing that my car is being card for when needed some maintenance to be done it's really a peace of mind that's makes it worth it.

Good Afternoon, Today, 12/27/2018, I had a scheduled appointment at 8:30am to have my vehicle serviced. My customer # 24034845 with today's work order # 646746. I do my best to maintain my vehicle with proper service to preserve my investment in a well running vehicle. I consider myself a loyal long standing customer of Lexus and Toyota with over 7 various Toyota and Lexus purchased vehicles. I chose to have my vehicle, GX460 serviced at your dealership. So in normal fashion when service is due, I schedule an appointment in advance to ease the waiting time. In other instances, I have elected to obtain a loaner vehicle if the service will take longer than usual. For today's service appointment, I was made aware that my regular service advisor Edgar Anzaldo was on vacation and that his partner, Kelly Yang would be assisting. I checked into the service bay approximately 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. After taking a seat in the lounge, Kelly Yang called my name and completed the service order. I re-iterated I had an appointment, but he seemed to gloss over my request. He corrected the initial estimate cost from $265.59 to only $78 since a shorter service was only required. Again, he merely stated "Yeah, I got you" when I mentioned I had an appointment so this service should not take as long, where he never affirmed or denied the waiting time. The service request was time stamped 8:33am. Kelly Yang did not contact me regarding any service update. While sitting in the lounge, I saw my vehicle enter the service bay at about 10:00 am, where I could see the technician start the service. I walked over to Kelly Yang to find out about how much longer the service would take, since I had the expectation that appointments should be prioritized by each service advisor's team as opposed to a walk in. "Otherwise what is the use of having an appointment ?" Kelly Yang looked up my service ticket, called the technician in the service bay and stated, "How much longer because the customer is right here in front of my desk asking ....Kelly Yang chuckled... I assume at the technician's response ( I believe it was a negative response in nature) ..then responded " Ok". Kelly Yang then turned and advised me the technician is working on it and it would be about 20 minutes. So if that is the case, why had I waited until 10:00 am for my vehicle to be pulled into the service bay? I then requested that my vehicle not be washed since it was not necessary. At 10:30, Kelly Yang walked over to where I was seated and advised me my paperwork was at the receptionist booth since " I was in a hurry" and I could pay up front. My point is I was never in a hurry. I was inquiring why I still had to wait until 10:00 despite having the earlier appointment time, or at the very least given an approximation, which I received NONE. I want my vehicle serviced properly without being rushed as other vehicles are afforded proper service. Attached to my service receipts were the final inspection results of my vehicle. I am paying for a service. I expect an explanation of the results, suggestions for any additional services needed and answer any questions I may have, where Kelly Yang did NONE. He merely dropped off my receipts. As I reviewed the inspection sheets during the payment process, I observed yellow boxes checked off for the rear right and left brakes. So when was anyone going to tell me? Yes, I did receive a copy of the sheets and yes I can read, but again, is this the type of great customer service practiced at Longo Lexus? I hope this email concerns you. This service advisor, Kelly Yang is a representative of your company. His customer service contact puts Lexus in a negative light, which is unfair, but that's your business. I urge you to address his poor customer service if the Lexus reputation matters. After all, I am only one small consumer who may be insignificant to a large corporation such as Lexus, but gather several small consumers with my experience, then faith in Lexus is lost.
