I think there should be a better process to queue for service. Also, why do I have to ask for the coupon when the service rep should be automatically giving me the best price. The dealership is publicizing it so just earn my trust by simply offering it.

I brought my car in because it has problems starting. I asked that the ignition be checked but they only checked the battery. My car still takes several attempts to start when engine is old. This was never an issue before. I am worried that one time it will not start at all.
