I did not have the car serviced. I purchased the car. The battery went dead when it was being delivered to me by Carlos. He returned to Longo Lexus to have the battery serviced. I was called and told that my car was ready, which was odd, but I understood where the confusion came from. However, you may want to address this in the future so a new customer has a 100% pleasant experience.
