The service was great. I was missing the lug lock to my tires. Ricardo did not call me back, but the service manager Clem called me and told me where the lock could be located. I found it under the spare tire. Also the back of my car where the spare tire is kept was left wide open. Other than that, the service was very good.

All interactions with service personnel were satisfying, from the Information Officer at the front entrance, who answered my query about Lexus Service location and finished with, " Welcome to Lingo Lexus " to the checkin attendant to Robin Ho.... ALL IN ALL A VERY SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE. Without knowing how to check the " Recall " work that was done, I can only assume the skills of the mechanics are as good as the service personnel I dealt with and therefore excellent!
