Service consultant Rene was great, no complaints. Loaner vehicle interior was not clean. Both my sister and I had our cars serviced. We only requested 1 loaner car. My sister started coughing immediately after getting in the car and was sick the entire way home to Huntington Beach. My throat was also scratchy. At closer look the front passenger floor mat had a lot of hair. We think it was cat hair as both of us are very allergic to cats. People should not be allowed to have pets in the loaner cars unless the cars are completely cleaner and detailed after each use.
