Jim is a very nice and professional guy?he coordinated with service and parts departments for whatever I needed even through I only need a completed detailing job and ordered a set of floor mats for my vehicle. The cost of the jobs was very minimal but I was treated so seriously and friendly.
His prompt response and great service are greatly appreciated.
Furthermore all staffs I ran into were very friendly and courteous. I definitively will purchase my next Lexus from Longo. That’s gonna be the 4th Lexus from Longo.
