I have a problem with my key being lost while being serviced at Longo Lexus. The Service Team Jennifer and Robin were exceptional however never in my 36 years of owning a vehicle has that ever happened. I come to Longo because customarily you offer a higher standard. There should be some protocols in place so every key is maintained and accounted for through every process or a check out system to track who has handled customers’s keys.
